Redding Rancheria Tribal Health Clinic - Provides health services to the Native American population and their families who reside in the western two-thirds of Shasta County and all of Trinity County. The RRTHC is open Monday thru Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The RRTHC Pharmacy is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Hill Country Health & Wellness Center - "Medical, dental, counseling and chiropractic services are conveniently located in one building. Come by and see us at 29632 Hwy 299E, Round Mountain, CA 96084, or call us at (530) 337-5750 to make an appointment. We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, and most forms of private insurance. Uninsured patients may be eligible for our sliding scale discount program. In our Redding clinic location, at 317 Lake Blvd., we offer exceptional medical and behavioral health/counseling services, along with chiropractic care. For medical care at this location, we are only able to accept patients with MediCal (usually thru Partnership Health Plan) and/or Medicare. Shingletown Medical Center - This clinic offers a wide range of services, including medical care, substance abuse treatment, and mental health services. Burney Health Center - Located at 37491 Enterprise Drive, Burney, CA 96013. They offer a wide range of medical services, such as medical care, family planning, women's health, tobacco cessation counseling, and behavioral health services, including substance abuse treatment. Pit River Health Service, Inc. - Medical services are available to all residents of the Intermountain and surrounding areas, and/or anyone visiting the community. Hours: 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday. Closed daily 12pm thru 1pm. The Dental Department provides a full range of restorative and preventive services to all eligible Native Americans living in the service area and emergency service to all registered Native Americans. Behavioral Health at Shasta Community Health Center - This facility is part of Shasta Community Health Center and provides comprehensive consultation and outpatient treatment services for the entire range of human emotional problems. Treatment is available for depression, anxiety disorders, psychotic conditions, pain disorders, sexual problems, substance abuse, dissociative disorders, neuro-psychiatric, and medical/psychiatric conditions and problems of living. Hope (Health Outreach for People Everywhere) Van - Provides quality primary medical, dental, and mental healthcare services to the medically underserved populations of our community. Project HOPE Mobile Health Program operates through a system of community health centers in Redding, Anderson, Happy Valley, and Shasta Lake which also provide medical, dental, and mental health care services, case management, and referrals. Accepts Medi-Cal, Denti-Cal, Medicare, CMSP, and most other private insurance. A sliding fee scale (ability to pay) is available. Remember to bring your insurance ID card to every appointment.
